What is the delivery of my order?
We will ship your order within 1 to 3 days * after the order date. After our careful quality PostNL delivers your order to your specified delivery address. With a delivery address outside the Netherlands, the delivery take a few days longer.
Are there any costs associated with sending my order?
To send your items we charge no shipping costs. However, when your order consists only discounted items, we charge € 4.95 fee as a contribution to the shipping costs.
Will I receive a confirmation when my package is shipped?

You will receive two emails regarding your order, so it is very important that you enter the correct email address. The first e-mail containing your order confirmation, where the order process is confirmed and the receipt of your order. The second e-mail confirmation of your payment. When your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with Track & Trace code so you can track the package.

 

Please note that this confirmation is also your proof of payment. We advise you to save and / or print.

Who will deliver my order?
PostNL delivers your order to your specified delivery address. Since PostNL's largest network for letters, parcels and e-commerce holds in the Benelux, we are almost always assured of a fast, easy and accurate delivery of your order. Upon delivery of your order, you need to sign a receipt, so that the right person receives the order. The order can unfortunately not be accepted by neighbors. If you are not present at home to take the order received, PostNL offers the package the next working day or on Saturday again. If the package can not be delivered for the second time, you can pick up your order at the nearest post office.
Can I pick up my order at a PostNL Point of?
It is also possible to choose to have your parcel delivered to one of the PostNL pickup locations in your area. You can then pick up the package at your convenience.
Is it possible to choose a desired delivery date?
It is possible to choose a desired delivery date during the delivery phase. We will ensure that this is delivered on the right day.
Can I have my order delivered to a delivery address?
During the ordering process, it is possible to specify a different address as a delivery address. Example, you can also package it delivered to your work.
