- Can I return my order?
If the article does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days from delivery date. The return form you will receive your order and can be used if desired. We ask that you return the form which is attached to your order filled at adding the return and clearly indicate whether you want to be reimbursed of the amount paid. Upon return form you will find the return address label that you can use to return the item, this sticker, you can then paste the sticker where your own address was on.
You can deliver your package to an agency PostNL, where the package is provided with a 3S code. With this code it is possible for you to track the progress of the package via the website www.mijnpakket.nl. So you can see when the package at the place of intended destination.
If you are sending your order or have indicated to send it back, you will receive as soon as possible the amount and within 14 calendar days refunded to your account. We can return the money only when your package has been returned to us, or if you can prove that you sent the package back to us.
When your order arrives damaged return, we unfortunately can not return the full amount deposit. Please contact for further questions our customer service by sending an email to email@example.com

- Can I change my order?

Costs for the return shipment of orders within the Netherlands are at our expense. Additionally you have to pay shipping costs for sending your new order. - Do I pay shipping costs to return my package?
Orders are shipped free of charge when you purchase online, if you are dissatisfied you can return or exchange the product. These costs are for the customer. If there is a mistake your order which we have caused you will be eligible to return the package free of charge. Please contact us on this matter.
- Can I exchange or return discounted items?
Our terms and conditions also apply on discounted items, you can send or exchange your product back to us. For all packages, the costs of the return shipment has to be paid by the consumer.
- Within how many days can I exchange or return a product?
You have 14 days after the delivery date to return or exchange.
- How does a refund work?
When we pay back the amount, we always do so in the manner with which the order is paid. Do you via I-deal paid, the amount will be returned to your bank account, you paid by credit card, the amount and refund will be back again refunded to your credit card account, you paid via PayPal, the amount will again return paid to the PayPal account, and you have chosen Klarna invoice will then be undone.
