Every customer who comes to our store helps in a friendly and hospitable way. You are the calling card of our company, you understand the target group and know our brands and the latest trends in this area. You intend to help our customers in a low -threshold, friendly and flexible way as well as possible and thereby giving an - honest - advice. We have a strong online channel for which both incoming and outgoing goods must be processed every day. In addition, the presentation and maintenance of the sales floor is also an important additional task. 

You have an affinity with our products and brands. Relevant sales experience is an advantage. You are enthusiastic, driven and have a proactive attitude. In addition, you are communicative compared to our customers.

Customer Service Representative

Make customers happy! As a Customer Care Representative you are the calling card towards our customers. You are the point of contact for them and answer questions about products, orders, returns and payments. You are also responsible for the entire order process. The customers can contact you by telephone, mail or chat.

You have an affinity with our product and experience in a customer service department is an advantage. You are enthusiastic, driven and have a proactive attitude. You are able to come up with creative solutions for the customer and you can easily multitask. In addition, you are communicative in word and writing.

Logistics employee

Participate in our entire logistics process. This means, among other things, that you will be busy processing incoming and outgoing goods, picking and sending orders and processing the returns. But our stores also have to be supplied, so we do this ourselves every day.
