Exchanges & Returns

You can return your order as follows:

1. Sign up
Register your return within 14 days via this link .
Please indicate which items you wish to return or exchange and why. You can then select your preferred shipping method.
The information you need for this is your email address and reference number.

2. Packing
Pack your shipment as you received it. It's important that you don't remove the attached security tag.
Items without a tag will not be accepted.

3. Send
Bring your package to a service point or have it picked up by the collection service if you chose this option when you registered.
The service point will ask for the barcode you received by email.

4. Refund and exchange
From the moment your shipment is received at our distribution center, you will receive a refund within 5 business days.
In case of an exchange, your chosen item will be shipped after your return shipment has been received.

Yes, exchanging an item for a different size is free. However, if you decide to return an item, we offer affordable returns starting at just €3.50. This way, we strive to make the returns process as easy and affordable as possible for you.

Yes, that's possible. If you order a discounted item from our webshop and you don't like it, you can return it. We'll then refund the purchase price. Please note that we can only accept items that have not been worn and have been returned within the return period.

After receipt, you have 14 days to return the package.

We always process refunds using the same method you used to place your order. If you paid by bank transfer, the refund will be credited to the same account. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be deducted from your credit card account. If you chose PayPal, the refund will be credited back to your PayPal account.

General return conditions

Here is an overview of our return policy:

You have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel the agreement, without giving a reason. That's your "right of withdrawal." During the cooling-off period, you can take your time to examine the item, just as you would in a store.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal:

You can only return the item if:

  • the article is complete.
  • it is in its original condition and in the factory packaging.

*If any reduction in value occurs because you have used the item in a way other than you would in a store, we may pass this reduction in value on to you.

Returns are not possible for:

  • Articles worn on one's own initiative.
  • Items returned after the 14-day cooling-off period
  • Items that no longer contain a security tag

Refund
You'll receive an email from us once we've processed your return. We'll refund your money within three business days of processing your return. We'll refund you using the same payment method you used to pay for the item.
